Terms of Service

Welcome to Cosonova (“the Service”). By creating an account or using any feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Cosonova. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to harass others, post illegal or infringing content, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use automation that overloads our infrastructure. Hate speech, doxxing, and impersonation are not tolerated.

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Cosonova a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Service. Removing content removes it from public view but cached copies may persist briefly.

If you believe content on Cosonova infringes your copyright, email privacy@cosonova.com with the subject "DMCA Takedown Request" and include: (1) your contact information, (2) a description and location (URL) of the work you believe is infringed, (3) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and (4) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. We remove or disable access to reported content and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

You may delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosonova and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or $50.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cosonova is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
